About Us

At InOrbit.AI, we are defining the management layer for physical AI through cutting-edge robot orchestration. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of complex robot fleets, bridging high-level intelligence with real-world physical execution. We cultivate an innovation-driven culture where team members drive core breakthroughs in agentic AI and physical AI, pioneering how multi-agent robotic systems perceive, reason, and interact in dynamic environments.

Our Values

  • 0 to 1: we share a pioneer/startup spirit and explore new directions
  • Work Fluid: we work collaboratively across the company and adapt to the terrain
  • Builders First: we are product-centric and focus on value creation for all customers
  • Always Be Learning: we learn from our failures/successes and are not afraid to experiment
  • People Not Resources: we treat each other as humans, not robots, with respect, candor, and empathy
  • Planetary-scale Impact: we strive for all this hard work to result in positive impact at scale

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to help scale InOrbit across the world's leading enterprises. Our platform runs robot fleets for major companies across industries and around the world, and the opportunity ahead of us is considerably larger than what we are reaching today. Your job is to close that gap.

You will own enterprise deals end to end and carry the number for them, reporting to our CEO as part of a growing sales team. You will sell to operations executives at large organizations deploying robots at scale, and you will operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Multi-agent orchestration for physical workflows is the next wave of digital transformation. Using a consultative sales approach, you will help operations leaders see what becomes possible when their robots and systems are orchestrated together, build the case for change, and prove it on their own fleets in a live environment. Prior experience in AI or robotics is not required, but a working grasp of why these technologies change physical operations is.

What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise deals end to end: source, qualify, run and close, including building your own pipeline.
  • Sell into large, multi-stakeholder organizations spanning operations leadership, automation and robotics engineering, IT and security, and procurement.
  • Build the business case. Help buyers name a problem they may not have articulated yet, and quantify what solving it is worth in their operation.
  • Run technical evaluations and pilots with our engineering and deployment team, and keep them moving toward a decision.
  • Expand existing accounts. Grow from an initial deployment into additional sites, fleets and use cases.
  • Help scale the sales motion. Capture the qualification criteria, objection patterns and deal shapes that work, so the team can run on them as it grows.
  • Set deals up to succeed after the close. Scope realistically and hand off cleanly to the deployment team.
  • Bring the market back to product. Your read on why deals are won and lost should shape roadmap and positioning.
  • Represent InOrbit at industry events, trade shows and webinars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, selling technology that required the buyer to change how they operate rather than switch vendors.
  • Consistent record of carrying and exceeding quota, which you can walk through deal by deal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch rather than working inbound leads or a mature territory.
  • Experience with long, multi-stakeholder cycles involving technical evaluation, pilots, and security and procurement review.
  • Appetite for writing the playbook rather than running one. The qualification criteria, messaging and deal structures that work here are still being figured out, and you want to be one of the people figuring them out.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of both C-level executives and the engineers who will use the product.
  • Technically curious enough to hold your own in a technical conversation and know when to bring in engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into operations, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing or intralogistics buyers.
  • Background as an early seller at a venture-backed B2B company.
  • A track record selling a platform in an emerging category where part of the work is market education.
  • Familiarity with robotics, industrial automation or physical operations technology.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to prioritize.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
